This is probably the EASIEST thing to do in Photoshop. But I'm always amazed how many people don't know this amazing tool exists.
If you don't have Photoshop you can get it for less than £10.00/month. Almost literally peanuts. Well, it's not. Don't actually try paying with peanuts. But it's really not much.
