YOUR IMAGES
After a photoshoot at your school all images are moved from the camera media (CF & SD cards) onto a LaCie RAID data storage system, fully encrypted and password protected. From here the images we process are moved onto one of our Studio iMac desktop computers, also password protected.
Once the images are processed (always on our Studio iMacs, not with a third party) they're uploaded into a gallery online with a secure complex password which is generated by the Operating System. Each password contains numerics, upper and lower case letters and is unique to that one gallery for the school. The gallery is provided by Zenfolio whose privacy policy can be found here.
The gallery is for viewing purposes and the images will be deleted from the gallery by the end of the month following the shoot.
The full resolution images are sent to you via WeTransfer, also securely protected by password (i.e. not the free version of WeTransfer) and automatically deleted from WeTransfer after two weeks. This period of time can be reduced at the school's request. WeTransfer's privacy policy can be viewed here.
Images will remain at Bonjour London Ltd, always fully protected, for cases when they are lost by the school. Naturally, they can be deleted completely if required.
Bonjour London Ltd is a small business with a professional approach to business. This means that every measure is taken to protect images after a photoshoot at a school and we will respond very quickly to any requests from schools to process their images in an alternative manner. Please call 020 7858 2246 or email simon@bonjourlondon.co.uk with your request.
