Bonjour London Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website or use our services. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information collected from customers, including individuals associated with schools in the UK.

1. Information We Collect:

We may collect the following types of personal information from schools in the UK and sometimes overseas:

- Contact Information of staff: Including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses.

- School Information: Such as the name and location of the school.

- Photographs and Videos: Captured during our visits to the school premises.

2. How We Use Personal Information:

We use the collected personal information for the following purposes:

- To fulfil our contractual obligations with the school.

- To communicate with the school regarding our services.

- To deliver photographs and videos to the school.

- To deliver edited podcast content to the school.

- To improve our services and offerings.

- To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security:

We store and process personal information in compliance with UK data protection laws. The following measures are implemented to ensure the security of personal information:

- Data Encryption: Personal information is encrypted during transmission and storage.

- Secure Storage: Personal information is stored securely on password-protected devices and/or encrypted storage systems.

- Access Control: Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel only.

- Data Retention: Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

After a school photoshoot is finished files are transferred onto a password-encrypted SSD (Samsung T7) and deleted from the in-camera media (SD cards and CF cards). Files are processed in Lightroom and Photoshop (locally, not using cloud servers) and then transferred to the client once complete. These complete files are delivered using Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage and then deleted once the school has confirmed receipt of them.

After a school videoshoot, whether shot in-person or online, the files are transferred onto a password-encrypted SSD (Samsung T7) and deleted from the in-camera media (SD cards and CF cards). Files are used in Final Cut Pro video editing software to create content for the school to use in their marketing. Review and delivery of completed files is through the media file-sharing service, Jumpshare, and then deleted once the school has confirmed receipt of them.

After a podcast recording, whether recorded in-person or online, the audio and/or video files are downloaded into Dropbox for online access to our UK-based editors to create podcast content. Once the edited content is ready for customer review it’s uploaded to ‘Captivate’, a UK-based specialist podcast distributor, to enable the customer to review it (for edit requests) prior to publishing for distribution onto Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

4. Sharing Personal Information:

We may share personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:

- Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers (such as CRM providers) to assist us in delivering our services (such as email marketing), and they may have access to personal information solely for the purpose of providing these services.
